Costs National Events Marshalling Services is VAT Registered, all costs are subject to VAT at the rate due when the invoice is written, all invoices are due for payment on the day of the event. Marshalling/Car-Parking From £35.00p per person for the first Four hours or part there of. Then £8.00p per hour or part hour, plus transport and accommodation costs as necessary plus an £80.00p administration charge. Route Signing From £400.00p plus transport and accommodation costs as necessary plus an £80.00p administration charge. Route Planning From £200.00p plus transport and accommodation costs as necessary plus an £80.00p administration charge. N.B. When N.E.M.S. started we were always covered by the event organizers event insurance. Since the Law changed and people can now sue anyone for anything we have not been able to get our own insurance due to the cost. We have however still been covered by event organizers insurance. We have not yet had one event organizer who has been unable to cover us on their event insurance. If you insist we have our own insurance and we can get it you will be charged whatever the cost is even if you then say you do not require our services. Free Events Events in Aylesbury are usually done Free of Charge provided not more than six people are required and they are covered by your event insurance. Radio Communications When doing Car-Parking or close Marshalling we use P.M.R. radio's for communication amongst ourselves. If required we can supply an extra radio so that a designated person from the organizers can contact us or we can contact them in cases of emergency. |
